Probiotics are an excellent idea, either in supplementation or as a food additive. There's been debate around full fat food with people with high cholesterol. But the dietary cholesterol is not necessarily going to affect the bodily cholesterol. Eggs can also help where cholesterol is concerned because they have a substance called lessa thin which can actually help bind out bad cholesterol.
