Is Your Expertise Systematic?

expertise is not systematic. It is limited in its domain. Expertise will often interfere with things that are relevantly similar to your area of expertise. And if we don't pay attention to this fact about expertise, we may fail to see that the similarity between physics and philosophy may actually be good reason for believing that these people are the worst people to listen to for philosophical advice.
