What Does a Normal Day Look Like?

You've given us a great detail about what typical days look like through the healing journey. Now that you're on the other side of cancer, and you mentioned you're eating window being a few hours, what does a typical day look like these days? Well, quite similar. I wake up around 6, 6, 30. Then I work in the morning. And evening is time. 5pm onward. It's time for my wife and my dog. Don't call me. Don't ask me to go out, except if we go out to a restaurant or something. But after five, my door is locked. And it's for my family.

Fred Evrard (IG: @fredevrard.academy) has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, nutrition, health and fitness.

In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
