The Importance of Internal Cultural Metrics in Marketing
Liz: We're a very metrics driven organization. The connective threat across all of that from a marketing standpoint is a marketing qualified lead. Clients and member satisfaction is a big one for us because that indicates that we're going to get more referral. And then the last thing I would say that's uniquely important to us as a company that we track a lot is internal cultural metrics, both engagement, but also performance.
