The Last Night Matters the Most
Sleep debt is a measure of the amount of sleep you should be getting with what you actually got. It's about 15% of the total waiting of, you know, how much sleep that you're going to have today. So if you go a full day without sleeping, let's say you needed eight hours and 20 minutes, you built up eight hours and20 minutes of sleep day that one night. Now you need to figure out how do you pay that back over time.
