How Did You Scale?

Writer is an artificial intelligence tool for our strings management. Strings as basically how our content is housed within our coating. Writer was able to give access to people that wouldn't normally be writing, but sometimes needed to write in case we were unavailable. And so that allowed us to scale, right? Because they saw that they could right on our behalf, they quickly realized they didn't want to.
