I think when people learn to eat real food, then intermittent fasting almost becomes natural. It's such a no-brainer. And everyone who tries it, who gets to the point where they might eat twice a day, they might have lunch and dinner. And then there is no, there's no temptation. There's no urgency to go back because it feels so normal. So this is part of what got us on this rollercoaster. When you can't eat the fats, now you get to eat something else. Those carbs are very transient. They raise the blood sugar and your body has to get it out of there. As soon as blood sugar drops, now you're hungry again
