Is There a Danger of Being Too Low on the Cortosal?
There is a certain level, i assume, where most of us should fall within to be normal with our cortosal levels. I don't typically like to judge someone's health by looking at them, butr as i accumulate more information, some people are just like, ok, clearly this mould. And even without knowing that bi marker, i'm still going to encourage them to really focus on some of the things that can cause that cortesal to spike. But it just occurred to me, is there a danger of being too low on the cortosal ya and tippit? That's a medical condition called addison's disease, where your body just doesn't produce a lot.
