How Documentation Can Help Product Managers Reduce Noise and Requests

Adam: I can see how that would really help and cut down on the requests and noise that a product manager gets. And it also then means that your PMs are more effective because they can then start concentrating on the next thing on their list instead of being pulled back constantly to something that they've already released. Adam: It seems like what you're doing is helping them to put a product or feature, whatever it is out there and know that the product manager is going to be doing and they're heading and their head has been documented so it scales that communication.
