I think that more people than we would realise would be in my position. Not everyone goes out and gets a quarter's old test done for them to uncover whether they're in that position. You have to make a decision, okay, so do I actually, you know, how serious is this? And do I actually have to think about the training load and look to cut it back and look to change things there? Sometimes I know it's just not possible for an athlete to do that for whatever reason. So that's what makes those other nutritional and lifestyle factors super important.
