How Long Does Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Take to Treat ADHD?
Sessions can really last there's no hard fast rule typically most psychotherapists will keep to roughly one hour meetings you know generally 50 or 55 minutes that way we can go to the bathroom in between and stuff like that. The cognitive piece is woven in to pretty much everything we do so hopefully there's some success experiences right out of the box. In terms of what would be an adequate dose of ADHD I've had people after six seven eight sessions say I think I got out of this what I need.
