product managers can actually have been kind of this hub on a wheel controlling information coming in into engineers and engineers to back and out to the business. What we're now doing is we're now not putting product management right at that center. They actually move back. They focus on what they need to and they become a consumer of this information back and forth just like everybody else in the business. It's also a combination of that touch point.
