The Importance of Acceptance and Equanimity Skills in Mindfulness
In the last couple of years we've been really spending a lot of time doing these dismantling trials where we start to take apart what we think are the active ingredients, driving the stress reduction benefits of mindfulness interventions. And one of the principal active ingredients that we think may be driving these stress reduction benefits are learning these acceptance and equanimity skills.
