It depends on when you stop eating. We all fast at least once through the day when we go to sleep. Do people experience that over? And people are sleeping going without food for like eight to 12 hours sometimes. It's from person to person. I don't think you completely deplete. The rate at which your body breaks down these fat cells depends on how much energy your body uses in a day.
