For every hundred emails I would send, I would get about four or five responses asking for quotes to be given. And then our close rate would be maybe 20 or 25%. So if I sent 100 emails, I'd get one new win out of that. That's where we started on the apartment side. But then we've shifted it to being in the HOA's and we've won HOA's through that. We've won some businesses, you know, shopping centers, all sorts of different properties. Every time I redo that strategy, there's hundreds of new contacts that...we could reach out to because those types of positions are shut.
