Knowing with the G is a sense of knowing something as in, you know what an avocado is when you take that spoon and spoon out the green stuff. But if you spent time in the cow, if you smelled a cow shit, have you eaten a nice steak? Have you like heard its sounds and really know what that animal is? To come into that point of being willing to feel safe and secure enough to explore life, you have to have an anchor point of feeling safe and secure or you can find safety and security through your experience.
