The Medial Heel Whip
The medial heel whip is a compensation as you'r going through late midstand so your leg is behind you, right? Then you can't take long steps. You turn your foot out to try to open up the pelvis and kind of oblique the pelvis a little bit,. And then that causes the heel to whip in, right? Or you're taking a step and you limit your ankle dorsy flexions, you turn your foot around your ankle. That's the medial heel whep from the moving the leg the other way. But what you could see is a tibephemeral internal rotation, which is the opposite of the other one that we are just speaking about
