Is It Easier to Hire?

I think the widening aperture thing is very interesting. You don't have to necessarily dilute quality of hire. It's just that quality is in a different bracket. I'd say someone sold machinery or manufacturing technology, but they're technical people and they could learn it. The problem with it is there's two things. One is you need infrastructure, time and resource, which costs money,. All hiring has been paused as companies are not going to hire more risky hires.
