Cavin: I really enjoyed in the book some of the talent management, right. The organizational structure that he talks about needs to be fluid and dynamic like that. When it came to the sale, you know, opsware, organizational structure played big into that. And the transition as well, from loud cloud to ops wear yo is a good transition.
