Cronobiology says people should eat earlier in the day and not be eating in the evening. But when i'm working with people and they're new to fasting, we try to clean up the snacking first. I have some patients who will close down their feeding windows way earlier than they did pre pandemic. They feel better when they're not going to bed with a full stomach.
