And when yours is an efficiency-seeking agency where all of the systems are around effective hourly rate, you're conflating price and cost. If you sell something for 2X what you previously would have sold it for, that extra $100,000 available as cost to be spent. Therefore your people spend it. Sorry, that's a big long rant.
