Preloading Salt Solution to Increase Training Volume?
A lot of the studies have tested different athletes. They've tested anywhere from high functioning elite athletes to just your typical athlete that is not trained and adding in those preloading salt solutions has been shown to boost performance across the board. In regards to into the weeds for how long let's say you want to dehydrate acclimate you basically just want to do it for two to three weeks until you're ready to go. Then typically the how long those adaptations last for is about another two weeks so if you become heat acclimated in a sauna for two to 3 weeks you can stop for two weeks and still have most of those adaptive benefits but after two weeks they're gone, says
