The Role of Recent Sleep History in Work Schedules

If somebody regularly isn't getting enough sleep, their most important cognitive work might be relatively more important. That could also be true of evening types who might otherwise feel best and most cognitively sharp in the evening. Do you think that recent sleep history should be factored in? Yeah, that's a really interesting perspective on it in terms of battering in recent sleep history. I do think that circadian time can be informative in terms of thinking about work schedules.
