I think a lot of us probably deal with like life is hard in different ways. And then we add training on top of it. One thing that I have found really helpful is before I go out and do my workout, if I have something that's really difficult, I don't know, this works for me,. Maybe I'm simple brain, but I write down my concerns beforehand. It's just a big, big deep breath that keeps me from doing those shy, tight, shallow, upper breaths that you were talking about. You also need to do much in cyclocross because of the way that courts are segmented and really apart from one another.
