The Importance of Practising the Present Moment
I love that you use the word bracing because we do all sorts of in act we call experiential avoidance. And some of them are super subtle that we don't even know that we're doing like jaw clenching holding our breath and trying to think about something else, trying to plan out. I was trying to do all of that in my own mind. The wise effort is just to let go of trying to avoid what is and just be with what is. It's a good lesson. Good lesson. So we can all say thank you to the to the hammer the hammer outside. Thank you for this opportunity. We cannot pave our lives so that they are without pebbles
