If you love hot chocolate and churro at the pumpkin carving festival or whatever, make sure to prioritize that. Get one churro and share it there, I said it. You still get the enjoyment, but you're not getting the caloric bump. So now this will be number nine. This is actually my last one, I think, is add in a festive daily practice.
