The over thinking, the spinning of your wheels, unintentionally drains you to where you don't have this energy. And in the book, i talk about how to fact check your values, is what i call it. There there are ways to look at your own life and say, do i just say i value these things, or am i actually living that out? When your actions are consistent with what's happening in your head, it's just so much easier to make decisions well.
