"I'm a collector of everything. I understand better, do it, why I keep everything," she says. "If you have children at home, but one thing that helps me is I'll ask myself, do I really want my child to go through all my crap when I'm gone? And that helped me so much because I hadn't moved my mother several times and yeah, that was the eye opener." You could also have more going on than ADD or OCD tendencies - working with a therapist would be good for some people.
