Is It Acute or Chronic?

Over the course of a training career, it's hard to say how much of a difference it makes. Some supplements may improve strength gains or hypertrophy overtime. But in a lot of cases we just don't know that. In the case of kafine, this is actually crazy. There've been like, literally hundreds of studies looking at the impact of kaffine on acute performance. We got our first study looking at the longitudinal effects of kaffeine supplementation before training on actual strength gains over time, like last year. Didn't do anything. My list of supplements that i would recommend without reservation is creatine and nothing else.
