If you choose continuing your mindfulness practice, either by continuing to sit or by taking a moment to reflect on your experience. If you choose writing a few words or phrases too, and then returning to your breath or other anchor for a few moments. And as we bring this period of practice to an reminding ourselves that bringing away in us, to our mind and body, as we do this work, this practice, and also in our daily lives is a way of nourishing ourselves.
