Jack Inhibitors
i'm a bit more optimistic and somewhat more excited about jack inhbition than ione anhibition. These are small molecules that can be given orally. They're relatively safe. The cool thing with jackaniviters is that they inhibit, typically, like two different janis cinaseasthe kineses are involved in multiple different signalling pathways. And kind of similar tolica cortico steroid, it can potentially damp down the entire siti kind storm. i think there's a growing body of evidence out there that this may be a pretty reasonable therapy.
