The distinction that i'm hearing here is, it's not that it's not significant, it just is not ating te irrational yet. I think people just need to remember that these patients are a very high risk of dying of cardio vascular disease. So really more in the a micro vasculature that we know that there is damage and othelial disfunction,. This is reflecting underlying risk for future disease, but it's not an epicartial and athro schloratic problem.
