How Do I Cope When I'm a 10 Out of 10?
Each of us has this spectrum and I like to use this language with clients. Where are you on the spectrum? Are you a ten out of a ten? Are you like having a straight-up panic attack? Are you hyperventilating? Are you unable to even be logical at all because you're in hella emotion right now? Do you down at one completely logical? Not much happening. At any given moment we're taking that pulse of our emotions, saying here I am. Maybe I'm a seven or maybe I'm a 7.5."
