What Is A&A?

A&A is a period of work that lasts for your alactic work period, which is some people, it's as little as five and six seconds. And then resting, recovering after that bout of work, such that your aerobic system is restoring ATP's and CPR. It doesn't work well with grinds or lifts because you're just not getting enough work done in that six to 12 seconds. The bigger it got over the years, the more misinterpreted and confusing, I think that, that is.
