There's really not one size fits all. And I think, you know, trend like job sharing and work be constructed offers perhaps limited opportunities for startups where you need people in work very intensely together. But for large organizations who maybe have a slightly more stable business model who are servicing clients that they're servicing in a more stable way, have a business model that works. People often come to us and say, what is the trend that I should jump on? You know, what's the right trend for my business or for my industry? And we always say, that's the wrong way to look at things.
