Isometrics for Lagging Body Parts
A lagging body part is a body part that you just don't connect to as well as other body parts. In that case, i like isometrics in the shortened position. Like if i have a tough time activat my glots, doing a hip thrust bit at the top and squeeze the gloots will help me connect more to my gluts. And i find that to be true for any muscle group where i have kind of, it's a lagging bodyPart or poor connection but none the less.
