What Do I Want to Build Who I Want to Be?

The first hour and the last hour of every day over the next 30 days will be spent with intention towards something I'm trying to build. And so you could use that is terms like do I want to meditate? Do I want to do meal prepping? Do I Want to read journal? Do I wants to do yoga? Do Iwant to spend it intentionally with my kids? It just requires intention and discipline and a little bit of hard work. So that's what we're going to do for the next 30 Days is first hour, last hour with some intention thoughts.
