Motherhood is all consuming the gender roles are still not equal in the household and we are still working with very antiquated systems in the workplace. federally we don't even have a a maternal maternal lead policy, one of the only countries in the world that doesn't include that as part of their federal rules and regulations. The eight to five hours is so unhelpful and and challenging for mothers parents in general but more often than not mothers.
