I don't think that micromanaging is a way to do. I lead in a way that makes me feel comfortable. We want to groom them for a very successful career in the insurance industry because it's a fantastic career to have. And you know, these if you think about it here, these people on our teams, they're out there making us money every day. So we got to treat them with a high degree of respect and give them the independence to grow,. To make mistakes, but then learn the corrective actions for those misbeaks.
