Is This a Self or Is It the Awareness of the Selves?
I think I nerd out about this framework because it's so a microcosm of this much larger picture, societal picture. Like if we can learn how to hold all of the different perspectives of our internal parts and help them recognize,. what would that be like if society was able to do that? And definitely even just recognizing that it is a part of our self that also needs that care and love. In order for my system to function well, I need that aspect of me or else I'm going to be meditating in a cave and not connected to anything.
