The Importance of Strength Training

I think it really depends on what people have been doing before they arrive at the kind of point where they're doing strength training. I felt like if you took my first 10 years, best years of training, completely natural, I was about 252, 255 pounds. And that was pretty much as big as I was going to get. So I was pretty lucky and fortunate in that I feel like I picked people who put me in a better ballpark for being or getting better results from a longitudinal standpoint.
