I actually redid my inbox in my task management system and I added a separate list. Called asking myself the question what's bothering me. So it just gave me a place to like, dub something that's bugging me separate from my inbox so it's a separateList. This for some reason is coming up to something that's bothered me. And it's just a way of dumping it so I can move on and not think about it until I have a chance to sit down and process it and deal with it.
