How Do You Make Smoked Turkey?

For the urban cook, you can take wood lump charcoals, get em nice and hot in your grill. I prefer those over briquetts. What are the sides that i woull put on the table next turkey? Some gravy, some good old mac and cheese. But i'm telling you, man, rarely do i get anything else at t thanksgiving table.
