The number one characteristic that we can give our people that are out there representing our company to our customers is this thing called confidence. If i am not confident in my company, my company's ability to deliver and the actual products and services that we deliver to our customers, my customer will see right through that. So i am constantly on a mission to help my sales professionals become supremely confident.
