If you're stressed before one meal per day, that's an extra 11 pounds added per year due to corsalt levels and n due to distress. I think its just important that people are understanding their relationship of food and when they’re eating it. And we got to educate people and animportant things like how the body metabolizes a certain amount of sugar or fat for example. We've talked about this whole time onYou know what?
