How to Calculate the Sweat Losses and Fluid Deficit

It's never going to be exactly the same on any given day. The clothing that you wear, not only like how much of the skin is covered, but the type of fabric, the color, whether it absorbs heat or reflects it. So a little bit of mass and calculations there, but it's not too hard. And I'm sure we're going to do a little social media carousel coming up our so we can put those calculations on there as well for people.
