The Effects of GABA on Sleep

GABA is something that you could take and supplement form on a daily basis if those effects are something that help you have more comfort in your gut, better mood, and just some relaxation overall. At the lower doses, it is quite subtle. But definitely be careful with GABA in higher doses, because it is surprisingly potent. I definitely had some significant effects at those 5 gram doses, and even 1.4 gram doses. So overall, really pleasant one.
