Do You Know Your Fat Max?

It's interesting to me my son's a competitive swimmer and you know his best events probably 400 meter 500 yards but he's also been coming on at 200. They only really taper and suit get on the tech suits once or twice a year, so it's alwaysinteresting to see how much time they can actually drop with that kind of training. So what we're gonna do is I'm gonna ask you about more magic stuff so does knowing your fat max allow you to train better should we know our fat max and should we knowOur LT1 with lactate tests? Can you define those terms for us as metabolic convener sorry mental convenience if you will?
