Do You Have Routines?

Routines can be about control, which could work in our favor or keep us too rigid. If you have routines around those areas already, what i would suggest is knowing, ok, i'm going to do something for my mental health to day but it doesn't have to be the same journaling book that i started this time last year. Let me buy a new book. Let me switch it up. And so i would say for anybody that's like that, toke aby breath. It's going to be ok. Variety is good for you. And let's see what else could work, in case life changes and you need something else. Anyway, i love to thank
