Selling is all about consistency and efficiency, but you also want people to have autonomy and creativity. How are we going to grow it? And i don't see this at all in sales any more. Sometimes managers are helicopter parents - yeYe flounder! You need to let people flounder with their own little ideas of what they should be doing instead of being told how to do it by someone else. Instead of just saying 'you're not good enough'
